We installed this wet room into a property in Kirby Lonsdale.

We first prepped the walls and the floor adding a gradient to allow for the water to drain away. we the tiled the walls and the floor. We then installed the shower toilet and basin.

We installed this underfloor heating system into a property in Carnforth, it was divided up into four separate zones. Each zone is controlled via a wireless control in each zone or room.

Under floor heating is much more efficient to run as it runs at a lower temperature than conventional radiators.

We installed this Vailliant eco tec pro 24 in a 2 bed terrace house in Lancaster. We removed the old gas central heating boiler, but we re used the existing radiators but added thermostatic radiator valves. We flushed out the system and added a magna clean system to ensure there will be no issues with debris from the old radiators.

We recently installed this new bathroom. We removed the old flooring, reboarded the floor, plastered and tiled the walls and floor. We also put up a new ceiling, skimmed and painted it. Our customer trusted us to project manage the whole job,  left us to it and went on holiday. Needless to say we brought the job in on time and budget and  they returned to a lovely new bathroom.

We installed this new bathroom in central Lancaster. We removed the old suite,  plastered all the walls and installed a new window. We over boarded the floor, installed all the plumbing and made some features out of ply which incorporated the cistern for the toilet.

We then tiled the walls and floor and fitted the suite which now included a shower cubical. The whole job took about two weeks, both me and the customer were very happy with the end result.

We installed this Vaillant eco tec 831 condensing boiler in Ingelton in North Yorkshire. The customer wanted to free some kitchen space so we removed the old combi boiler and re-sited the new one in the loft space.

We installed a magna clean system, this removes the debris which has built up in the old radiators.

We installed thermostatic radiator valves to all the radiators and also Honeywell wireless controls. This was to ensure that the boiler was running as efficiently as possible,  saving money on bills and reducing the carbon foot print of the property.

We installed this Vaillant Eco Tec 831  into a new extension in Hest Bank near Morecambe. We added radiators in the house, fully plumbed the extension and power flushed the existing heating system ensuring maximum boiler life. We also added a wireless programmable room stat, allowing the customer to control their heating from anywhere in the house.

We also added thermostatic radiator valves to ensure the installation met all the energy efficiency regulations.

The valiant eco tec 831 is generally our boiler of choice in most semi detached properties. The hot water flow rate is good and the build quality is excellent.

We find that by using good quality materials our systems run hassle free, leaving us with many happy customers and a good reputation.

This bathroom installation was for a property agent at rented bungalow property. We worked to a tight budget and manged to deliver a new modern bathroom.

We fully plastered the room and also tiled the walls and floor. We moved the toilet and sink to create maximum space making the most out the small space we had. We also turned the door frame round so that the door opened outwards creating even more space.

A Vaillant Eco tec 28kw we installed in Caton in the Lune Valley near Lancaster.

At this property we first had to remove the old gravity fed cylinder and tanks. We altered the pipe work leaving no unused pipes in the cylinder cupboard, installed thermostatic radiator valves and a wireless room stat ensuring that the installation complies to the energy efficiency standards.

We  installed a magna clean system as the customer kept their existing radiators from the previous heating system. We also power flushed the system, ensuring maximum radiator efficiency and prolonging the life of the boiler.

We then installed and commissioned the boiler. This job took about two days to complete.

We installed this natural gas wood stove in Windermere in The Lake District.

This job involved taking out an old coal fire and surround, then knocking out the builders opening and  installing a lintel.  We then arranged for the chimney to be swept. After that we had to drop a  metal flue liner down from the roof  to connect  the flue to the stove and  install the correct cowl on the top of the chimney.

We  then plastered the whole chimney breast and tiled the hearth, then finally installed the stove.

The job in total took  three days and we removed a skip full of rubble  from the old fire.
