On this job just outside Lancaster the customers were building a extension to add onto there property. Because of the extra bathroom and hot water usage we installed a vailliant boiler and cylinder to cope with the new demand.

This is actually my own bathroom in my own house which i designed and installed. I went to town on the design which incorporates, built in cupboards one for storage the other hides the boiler. Split level flooring and also feature walls.

At this property in Kirby Lonsdale we moved a door, plastered all the walls installed a bespoke mirror, a bespoke storage cupboard including bespoke door. we fully designed the lay out of the room to make the best out of the space available.

We tiled the whole room and installed electric underfloor heating then tiled the floor. we also installed a towel radiator.

on this large  8 bedroom property Near Barrow in furness we installed all the plumbing work. We installed 3 bathrooms, All the waste and soil pipes, the full central heating system, and the unvented hot water system.

We worked on the job along with all the other trades from the start of the job until completion. the job was completed within budget and on time.

Any household who’ve suffered the horror of burst pipes will know that there’s few things more devastating. However, this type of emergency can also cause major problems in public buildings such as schools – as proven by a number of recent cases in Glasgow. We installed this wet room into a property in Kirby Lonsdale.

We first prepped the walls and the floor adding a gradient to allow for the water to drain away. we the tiled the walls and the floor. We then installed the shower toilet and basin.
