At this property we removed an LPG combination boiler and LPG cylinders. We converted the system, installed new radiators throughout the property and installed a Vaillant air source heat pump and a Vaillant unvented cylinder.

The cylinder was installed into a small space, which was a challenge to say the least… as you can see from the photos most of the pipework was installed before we installed the cylinder. We also used a solar compatible cylinder and piped both coils to the heat pump which means the heat pump will run even more efficiently. It also means that solar could be added at a later date without having to change the cylinder.

Air source heat pumps are renewable technology. With the expensive and rising prices of  oil and LPG, air source heat pumps make an extremely noticeable cost saving alternative. Let alone their greener values. The customer now enjoys a 70% saving on their monthly bills!  The properties carbon emissions have also been greatly reduced.  Helping preserve the environment for future generations.

At this property, we installed two bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom toilet. We Installed a full central heating system with a Vaillant ecotec system boiler. We also installed an unvented solar cylinder and a Vaillant solar domestic hot water system using two vaillant auro therm plus flat plate collectors. The solar now gives the customer 50 to 60% of their hot water throughout the year! Giving them a massive reduction in their gas bill, also lowering their carbon emissions.

At this property we converted the system from a combination boiler to an unvented system. We added an unvented solar cylinder,  located in the garage, and changed the pipe work and installed some ‘Eco tube’  vacuum collectors on the flat roof of a dormer.  Now 50/60% of the customers hot water is produced just from the solar! This means that in the summer months their boiler will not need to fire at all unless the customer was to run their heating. This produces a massive saving on their gas bill.

On this job, just outside Lancaster, the customers were building an extension to add onto their property. Because of the extra bathroom and hot water usage we installed a Vailliant boiler and cylinder to cope with the new demand.

I designed and installed this state of the art bathroom for my own property as I needed an extra downstairs modern bathroom. I went to town on the design which incorporates, freestanding glass screen walk in wet room power shower, hidden plumbing bathroom design, hidden cistern, with bespoke hand built units/bathroom furniture made by Red Rose Joinery, deck mounted taps,  Split level flooring with underfloor heating and also feature walls.

At this property in Kirby Lonsdale we moved a door, plastered all the walls installed a bespoke mirror, a bespoke storage cupboard including bespoke door. we fully designed the lay out of the room to make the best out of the space available.

We tiled the whole room and installed electric underfloor heating then tiled the floor. we also installed a towel radiator.

on this large  8 bedroom property Near Barrow in furness we installed all the plumbing work. We installed 3 bathrooms, All the waste and soil pipes, the full central heating system, and the unvented hot water system.

We worked on the job along with all the other trades from the start of the job until completion. the job was completed within budget and on time.

Any household who’ve suffered the horror of burst pipes will know that there’s few things more devastating. However, this type of emergency can also cause major problems in public buildings such as schools – as proven by a number of recent cases in Glasgow. Balornock Primary and Wellfield Nursery School were forced to close in order to allow for repairs to the heating and hot water system last week. (more…)
